Torch started following me, but I'm still in the grey on Jalopnik. I thought if an author followed you, the grey was gone?

Nope, you need Jalopnik to follow you. Torch following you just means you have a stalker. . .

They must follow you for Jalopnik.

Think of it this way:

If you, an Oppo author, follow a grey person on here, they will not be de-greyed.

But if you follow them for Oppositelock , they will be.
